Introduction to the Kanjarbhat Community

The Kanjarbhat community has its roots in the historic region of Mewar, Rajasthan, and is known for its resilience, cultural pride, and deep-rooted values. Over generations, the community has migrated and settled in various parts of India, particularly Maharashtra, while preserving its unique identity.

In different regions, the community is also known by another name — Saismal Bhantu. While the name may vary from place to place, the people, language, customs, and heritage remain the same. Whether identified as Kanjarbhat or Saismal Bhantu, they are part of one shared legacy — united by culture, language, and tradition.

Major Initiatives

• Felicitation of 10th and 12th grade students in Jalgaon, Maharashtra
• Blood group testing camps
• Tree plantation drives
• Birth and death anniversary celebrations of spiritual leaders
• First flag hoisting at the community temple (2023)
• Recognition events for outstanding women and youth (2024)
